Emma Davies
Emma is a confident leader with an open mind, whose determination and passion for developing business acumen has resulted in working for some of the most recognised blue chip retailers and Developers whilst acquiring skills in Project Management, Business Planning, Profit and Loss, Buying, Merchandising and Developing, Coaching and Mentoring teams.
Emma takes care of the financial side of the business, planning and project management, but always with an eye on the target of providing the best service.
She has been involved in many high-profile projects in the Middle East, such as luxury hotels, commercial developments, theme parks and exhibition centers.

Dave Selby
Dave leads IPS’s technical team.
He has more than 25 years of industry experience and has worked on an array of projects including London Heathrow Airport, the London Eye, and numerous prestigious projects in the UAE.
With a key focus on specialist lighting and electrical work, Dave works closely with Contractors, Designers and Developers committed to providing design conscious installations with a passion for quality and dedication in meeting
project deadlines.
Dave’s hands-on approach and experience have been essential elements in IPS’s success – providing feasible, real and affordable solutions to clients.
